He believes in training hard and keeping it old school in the weight room. Favorite exercises are squats and deadlifts and favorite body part to train is legs. He is married to the beautiful Vanessa G. Best. Jarrod believes in keeping God first and being the head and not the tail as specified in Deuteronomy 28:13.
